Health Insurance

We accept a good number of private insurance cards. You may call any of our branches to confirm.

Upon arrival at any of our branches, with respect to our insurance clients, the following processes are involved:

• We will inspect your card to confirm its validity
• We do a preauthorization to the insurance company for verification and approval of laboratory request
• Get an approval code

Insurance cards are only accepted upon submitting a laboratory request form with the doctor’s name and signature, name of hospital and date of request.

Kindly note however that we currently do not accept National Health Insurance.
