Do you offer home sampling services?

Yes, we do. We may visit you home or office or any location to at your convenience to sample you. This service comes at an extra fee depending on your location
Do you accept insurance card?

Yes, we serve a good number of private insurance card holders. Kindly call any of our branches to confirm. We currently do not accept National Health Insurance.
Do you do DNA testing?

Yes, we do DNA testing kindly call 050 168 2733 for further details and booking
Do you work on weekends?
+
Yes, we work on Saturdays only from 9am to 2pm across all branches and on Sundays at the Head office only from 2pm to 6pm
Do I need an appointment to see a doctor or a specialist?

You may walk in to see a General Practitioner. You will however need to book an appointment to see a specialist as this helps the doctor assess the patient’s current condition
Do I need a doctor’s request to have a lab test done?

Some tests do not require a doctor’s request or referral. Other tests such as the specialized tests will require a doctor’s referral to ensure right process and test is carried out.

What is your payment mode?

We accept cash, Momo, Debit/ Credit Card, Bank transfer (Ghana Cedi or Dollar)
Can I see a doctor to assist with interpreting my lab reports?

Yes, a doctor is available for consultation and to assist with treatment options
Does your clinic admit patients?

We have a detention ward that holds patients for short periods
