SYNLAB opens a new branch in Sunyani

SYNLAB, EUROPE’S NO. 1 MEDICAL LABORATORY OPENS SEVERAL BRANCHES IN GHANA

SYNLAB, is pleased to announce a series of branch openings and branch upgrades so far in the year.

A new laboratory has been opened in Sunyani with the view to serve customers within the region and other neighboring regions.

Last month, we upgraded our Korle Bu, Koforidua and Tema laboratories and opened a new Blood Collection Point (BCP) in Tema.

As the first medical laboratory in West Africa to achieve accreditation under ISO 15189 in 2008, we set the pace for excellence in medical diagnostics. Our international accreditation recognizes our commitment to quality, competency, and reliable results.

Synlab continues to show its commitment to providing quality medical diagnostics for all Ghanaians.

We are gradually equipping these laboratories to include radiology services i.e., Ultrasound machine and an Electrocardiogram machine operated by professionals.

Our goal for opening laboratories across the country and upgrading current ones is to reduce Turnaround time (TAT) of delivering test results to our medical professionals and patients at large.

With the support of our foreign partners in Germany, Spain, Turkey, Belgium etc., we offer a portfolio of 5,000+ laboratory tests ranging from the most basic to the most advanced genetic tests. Medical professionals and patients have access to the most comprehensive list of tests available in Africa

It is our plan to contribute towards the development of Ghana’s healthcare system by opening more laboratories, BCP’s and collaborating with other hospitals to ease the burden of running a lab and to provide excellent healthcare in medical diagnosis.
