SYNLAB Launches Enhanced Bantama Branch
SYNLAB opens a new and enhanced branch in Kumasi, Bantama. The new branch is more spacious, easily accessible, and above all, has been upgraded from a Blood Collection Point (BCP) to a Mini Laboratory. This initiative is aimed at offering a shorter Turnaround Time (TAT) to medical professionals for a timely diagnosis.
The new Bantama branch is located opposite the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) adjacent Nimo Pharmacy. It has another branch at Ahodwo.
On 23rd and 24th May, 2023, SYNLAB undertook a series of events as part of its opening activities. The day started off with an engagement with key industry partners to better understand their needs and to find innovative ways of providing a seamless service.
Subsequently, a medical screening was undertaken for hundreds of people as a way of giving back to the community. Many took the opportunity to get screened. SYNLAB always encourages the public to undertake a routine health screening at least once a year to avoid any health setback, and this was one of the ways of demonstrating our commitment and showing our support to the community.
SYNLAB’s drive to contribute towards the development of Ghana’s healthcare system continues with our mission to provide actionable diagnostics information for healthy lives and well-being for all.
The branch will soon be equipped with Ultrasound and X-ray machines which will be operated by highly trained professionals.
